Are there other women who have been diagnosed with a heart-shaped uterus that have had miscarriages and then delivered?

1 I have not but I am rooting for you to do it again successfully! Let us know, ok? .

3 I work at an OB/GYN office and we see many people with the bicornuate uterus like you have and many do go on to have normal babies and deliveries. It all depends on how big the septum is and where the baby implants. If the baby implanted on the septum then it's not a good area for blood source and those people are more at risk for the miscarriage. It sounds like your baby is implanted in a good spot so it sounds good.

If the septum is large you may need a cesarean, but don't get hung up on that since the goal here is to have a healthy baby. Your OB will watch you closely for normal growth but again, since you've made it this far, it all sounds pretty good.

I had one m/s when I was 9-10 wks along I went to have an u/s and they said the baby stopped growing at 7 wks and there was no heart beat. Anyway I got pregnant about two months after my m/s which I had to have a d&c for and I did have some problems during that pregnancy but I did carry it to full term and my son is a healthy happy 3 year old.

I am now pregnant again I am 11 weeks and so far everything is ok I have had some spotting and a lot of cramping on my left side which is where the baby is the baby is in the left horn of my uterus and all the pain I have been having is because of my uterus strtching. My dr said the the m/s rate isn't more with woman with heart shaped uteruses it just puts them at a higher risk for preterm labor and having the baby in breech position. My son was also breech and I had to have a c-section with him and I also went into preterm labor about 3 times but they were always able to stop it with terbutiline.

I hope all goes well and just so you know the first dr told my I would never be able to have children then I saw a specialist and he is the one who told me all the other things that I told you about. And obviously I can have children. Good luck and god bless------------by cagney Leave a NoteSend MessageAdd as FriendcagneyMember since Aug 2007 , Aug 18, 2007 04:15PMTo: mslkpage Leave a NoteSend MessageAdd as FriendmslkpageFemale, 36 yearsTXMember since 9-100Mood: mslkpage is exhausted.

I have a heart shaped uterus and I had a miscarage. About a month later I got prego with my son. He is now 8 months old.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
