Are there rehab clinics that minors can check into without the parents permission?

Edit: Apparently this lady that I met at the dog park doesn't exactly know her limited rights of her ESA. She takes her dog to the Mall, pharmacy, etc. which is what made me ask this question. Is she merely taking advantage of people's ignorance to ESA law.

And I'm not talking about fighting the stores if they say I can't bring her. But what if they don't say anything/allow it. I'm not lying and telling them that they have to allow her inside.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
