Not particularly. The few studies that exist do show that trans people generally have a 20-30% higher IQ than non-trans people. It's believed that the unusual neurological configuration of the brain that causes transsexualism also confers some advantages in this respect.

But, of course, IQ rating alone doesn't tell us much about mathematical skill, or any other specific field; it's a very general measure.
