Are we at war with the middle east because of israel?

Al qaida will never like non muslims they will never be content or happy with anything they have The jewish people do not want to be in America they want to be in Israel where their rightful ancestral home is.

Unfortunately your question is full of mis-conceptions. (1) The US is not "at war with the middle east. " The US has been at war in Iraq trying to defeat the anti western forces while trying to build a stable country and government.

That war is largely over now. The US in conjunction with NATO and other allies is at war in Afghanistan and is once again trying to build a strong government and military that would be able to withstand the taliban supported by Pakistan. (2) The US most certainly did not "place the Jews there."

The Jews have wanted to return to their ancient homeland for two thousand years. The collapse of the Ottoman Empire early last century opened the way for a return. The British also helped facilitate the return of the Jews.

The UN passed a resolution in 1947 which opened the way for the modern state of Israel. (3) The Jews have no intention of leaving Israel...finally they are home and have drawn a line in the sand!....they ain't going no-where! (4) Radical fascist Islam has declared a religious war on the infidel west.

The sooner people realize that the west is at war, the better. The US has one loyal allie in the middle east and that is the brave state of Israel!

Most of the ME is friends with the USA. The ones we are not friendly with are a legacy of the Cold War with the USSR and PRC. Note that the unfriendlies were former clients of the USSR and guess who backs them?

Our war in the Middle East has nothing to do with Israel. In fact, bin ladin was our ALLY while we supported Israel for many decades. We are at war in the middle east directly because: 1.

Iraq invaded Kuwait. 2. Saudi Arabia got scared and invited the US to station troops in Saudi Arabia.3.

Bin ladin said that having "infidel troops" in Saudi Arabia (the home of Mecca) was an "insult to Islam" and that his troops would defend Saudi Arabia instead and that we withdraw or face war with him. 4. Saudi Arabia declared him a criminal and stripped him of his citizenship for daring to question their judgement and we did not withdraw.5.

He began fighting us after that. In a larger context, the West got their oil for pennies when they were too poor and undeveloped to develop it themselves. When they complained, we toppled their governments and replaced with them friendly dictatorships that have only just fallen in the last year.No one "gave" Jews anything.

Israel was created on less than 20% of palestine and only those portions that were majority Jewish. Majority Arab areas were given independence as Arab states. And before that, the land was not independent (and hadn't been since it was Biblical Judea).

It is unlikely the UN can control anything. They tried that already.In 1948, Jewish majority Jerusalem was to be an international city, controlled by the international community and open to all. Jordan seized it, ethnically cleansed all Jews from it, destroyed all Jewish holy sites possible, and banned Jews' access.

Israel is a sovereign country of over 7 M people. We cannot force their population to come to the US and to abandon the property they own.

America may be asked to settle palestines in Arizona , instead of jews being given some part of USA BTW how did Iran came to existence by defeating zorashtrian empire , would it give back that terrotory to Zorashtrians i.

Israel is the main cause of all the unrest in the Middle East for the past 70 years. The UN is incapable of controlling much of anything, and would be ineffective in any peace-keeping role, except for being shot at. The US is not "at war" with the Middle East, we just have very bad foreign policies with regard to the region.

We don't need more Jews in this country; the ones we have should leave and go to Israel. Most of the Jews in this country say their real allegiance is to Israel, not the US, so they should just leave and go there.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
