Are you a victim of foreclosure fraud? Have you had a chance to challenge it? What is your story?

Yes, our family had a Bank of America mortgage loan which was foreclosed on after we tried to get a loan modification and was denied. Just before all of this I had lost my job and our income had decreased substantially. Upon receiving the foreclosure notice of default we contacted a lawyer friend who turned us on to examining our mortgage documents and paperwork - boy o boy did we find a MESS.

Fraud, robo-signers, expired notaries, failed service by sheriff, etc etc. So far we have been able to hold them off and won our case in the courtroom - we had a good judge who could see through all of their b.s. And that they had no right to foreclose... its take years to get through this but we still have our home.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
