Are you as sick of winter as I am or are you one of the lucky ones who lives in a warmer climate?

I live in one of those warmer climates now (south China, no longer the UK) but this winter has been appaling. At least in the UK houses are made to be kept warm. We have only small heaters and no proper insulation.It hit 23C last week.

Please ... come back again.

Winter in the DR just means that you are probably not sweating. Actually I miss snow!

I live in SW FLA and we are freezing when it's below 40! Right now it's about 70 but should be hitting eighty after the weekend I hear.....I hate to rub it in!

I live in the UK, what more can I say! Bad weather seems to last about 9 months of the year and then we have 3 months of warmish weather we call Summer! Although I am obviously not a typical Brit complaining about the weather :).

Every winter I can't wait for summer to come, even though I live in Los Angeles. I guess you could call me spoiled. One of my reasons of moving from Germany was to escape the snow and cold.

Every morning my house is about 62F when I get up, that's way too cold for comfort.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
