Are you changing your Holiday travel with the new TSA pat-downs in place?

I am now planning to do as much air travel as possible so I can have the most amount of opportunities to have as many "pat downs" as possible. I have never had any problems with the security or the increased security at the airport and still do not have any problems with it. I also feel whatever level of security we are at now is not high enough and would be supporting any increase in airport security above what we have now.

I would ideally like to see a zero carry on policy introduced with a standard clothing policy for air travel. I would like anyone traveling into, out of, or within the United States by air to have to wear airline supplied flying clothing. These clothes would be similar to medical scrubs and would be only available at the airport for each traveler of every age to change into when they check in and to have their street clothing and traditional carry on items checked into the regular baggage checked baggage compartment of the aircraft.No exceptions.

Air travel should be inconvenient. Inconvenience is our best weapon against air travel related violence and terrorism. Convenience and privacy are not given rights.

Inconvenience is equal to safe in the case of air travel. The measures I have mentioned above are supposed to be on top of the security we already have now and are designed to stop th majority of air travel security incidents.No amount of security will stop all problems. Yes, I already understand this is not a popular opinion.

The pat downs are completely voluntary! You only get a pat down if you ask for one. This whole controversy is nonsense.

If you don't ask for a pat down you get a convenient scanning machine which is quick and does not involve touching. I think the scanning machines are a great step forward as the old metal scanners were only good for guns and knives not the plastic exposives used by modern terrorists.

I'm driving. These "security measures" could have been predicted. Each year the requirements at check points have been more invasive.

First, one had to remove your shoes. Then your checked luggage was opened out of your sight and searched. Remember the mother who was told to drink a baby bottle with her own breast milk?

European airports use profiles. So does El Al. The US has become an equal opportunity air travel groper.

Yes! After watching the videos below (and deciding home is the safest place) airport travel is off this year.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
