Yes. It is used to enhance ammunition to better penetrate and destroy armor, missiles, and other weaponry. Iraq will be a mess for a long, long time now.
Hmmm I saw a whole documentary that claimed the opposite, and showed children and soldiers that are suffering. You know it is made with radioactive waste....right? If that waste is toxic and cancer causing ....then how could ammunition made from that waste be non toxic. It is non the heavy metal element that is the toxin, its radio active.
It is a war crime to use this ammunition. Not all armor piercing rounds are DU...this is a way the government came up with to A. Dispose of nuclear waste and B.
To put a little extra hurtin on our opponents on the battle field leaving their country poisoned for thousands of years.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
