That actually sounds exactly like carpal tunnel syndrome. The places you're describing are supplied by the median nerve, which can become compressed with repetitive motions. There is a very simple test you can do to see if this is the case.
Place the backs of your hands together in front of you like an upside-down praying position. Now push your arms toward eachother so the palm to wrist angle of each hand is 90 degrees. If this is painful, you probably have carpal tunnel syndrome.
As always, of course, it is impossible to diagnose over the internet. You must see a doctor to know for sure.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
