Yes of course. Radiations have been found in the US also. The rain water was tested for radiations and found positive.
No I am not worried about the nuclear fallout from Japan. The reason, I can't do anything about it. I can listen to the news and pray the wind does not shift the radiation in our direction.
Well, it probably has already drifted over California. If Boston has trace amounts then, I am sure California has some radiation. I pray for my grand child and no future health problems associated with this significant catastrophe.
Yes I am quite worried because it is not just the immediate impact from radiation fall out that is a cause for concern, but I just heard on the radio today that countries who import food items from Japan are rushing about trying to buy radiation testers because of the potential for Japan - via their food exports - to unwittingly send affected food out to many countries for their consumption and possible risk of radiation exposure. I feel very sorry for the Japanese people who after all they have gone through, now find that their economy is suffering even more.
Where I live it's not a concern so I'm not worried.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
