I think they come from what you've learned, whether that you heard it or not. Maybe you saw something once and that has helped you to form an opinion about something. Learning comes in many ways and in many different forms.
This is my opinion anyways.
Would be hard to have an opinion if not from what you have learned (or heard) but if you mean not really of my own thoughts from who I am instead of who I think others want me to be then yes, they are truly my opinions. I have gotten in much trouble for my own opinions as a matter of fact but it doesn't slow me down any.
My opinions are my own, but they are based on what I have learned and heard--although I don't just believe everything I hear--I check things out, then form an opinion.
Initially as a good child, a good student, my opinions came from my teachers and parents. However, as I progressed in life, I had re-evaluate what I was told. This is because things did not add-up.
Now, virtually all my opinions come from my life experience, my observations and my acquired knowledge. Changes in my opinions have occurred in Geo-political issues, about God, personal relationships, health issues and in many other issues.
I'm in agreement with it is based on knowledge until an emotion is thrown in. Then it may become unique in a sense.
My opinions come mainly from my own experiences. I try not to let others influence me, but I was raised in a white lower middle class home w/ an absent father. So much of the way I think was influenced by that.
There wasn't much bigotry in my mother's house, so I learned to respect others regardless of color, and growing up my mom was Baptist, Grandfather was a Seventh Day Adventist, my Aunt was Catholic, and my best friend was buddhist in his ways. My wife is native american, and the native ways are in my heart. I believe we are all linked.
I believe we are all one, and I believe we are already eternal beings. And God does exist.
I think I have maybe two original ideas in all of my hubs.
I believe that you opinions come from your background and learning, but some times I step away from my belief system and listen to an issue and really think about it and think about why I feel the way I do about it. Sometimes my mind can be changed, but most of the time my opinion will stay the same.
I am a empty vessel echoing the grunts and farts of other empty souls that are screaming from the enigma enema of singularity within a hole in space within the universe.
Opinions are based on what you have heard or learned. Without some form of information, you wouldn't even know what the subject was about in the first place. I base my opinions on what i've learned and past experience combined with common sense when ever possible.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
