You could do a little reverse tirckery with math to try to accomplish this. So get the scaled values of the parent DisplayObject and use those values to inverse-scale the child DisplayObject.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
