I really do hear you. Video games are GREAT way to connect with people though. I play WOW but not to connect with others.

I just like to do little things there when im tired or have a free hour to relax. It takes my mind OFF being lonely. This is a FACEBOOK NATION.

I know what you mean about having to add the entire high school to your facebook, all 2000 of them. I KNOW kids who have 800 plus 'friends" Listen to this- WHO are they KIDDING? LOL!

YOU and I both know they don't have 2000 friends. They don't. WE know why they have to have them though, don't we?

To make themselves feel loved and popular. We also know, one day when they are married with a baby, they will go through their facebook and delete 1944 'friends' they NEVER TALK TO, who aren't really friends. I know this, because my fiance and I just did this last year.

Its just stupid and we all know it, and its intimidating to people who actually have like 40 to 60 honest to God friends and family. You know how many are on my FB now? I have 68.

SIXTY EIGHT significant people I love and care about. Seriously. And today I feel very good about that.

If you have family and a few very close acquaintances, its all you really need. And those kids in high school haven't found that out yet. They will.

We all find out who our REAL friends are . I love FB because I keep track of my Likes, which are informative. I spend a lot of time reading new things from their posts.

( I love science and politics ) I also don't post my own face. I post something I love instead. ( it has to be my own picture though ) I don't have zillions of pics of me posing with fabulous beer holding people either.

I have pics of Christmas windows from a little town we visited, and flowers from a garden...and my pets who love me no matter what. Im glad your eczema is not acting up , thank God! I know all about that stuff.

You had a lot on your plate, so please, be kind to yourself honey. YOU deserve that kindness. Be really good to yourself, enjoy your gaming, post your own pictures of what you want, have your few friends on FB and make it YOUR life.

Its YOUR life, not mine, not theirs. You get to paint your portrait with the people you want in it, with the hobbies you love and with what ever you reach out to accomplish! Do it with joy.

Plan to get married one day in June. But for now, live single. Sometimes life hands us 'lonely' and we just have to deal with it.

I gotta share this song with you dude, it makes me laugh everytime I see it, and I can so relate . Its like we try so hard to be someone great, but we're just regular people and its OK to be normal . I hope you can just relax and enjoy your life, don't sweat that being all popular thing, its ok and you sound like a cool dude to me.

Get into something you want to do. You'll have something to look forward to, and something to think about afterwards. Look for a balance in your life.

Vid gaming is ok, but don't just have that, look for something like bowling, or archery, swimming, something you can do with others and learn or volunteer some how. I have allergies and one day woke up ( im 23 ) and had eczema too. I know its crazy trying to get it under control.

Don't hate your life, embrace it. O btw I got only 92 on my facebook and half are not great friends but people I know from work and church. Do you go to church?

I made some friends there, and they have outings. It gives you some social ties and some good things to do and think about. Get out of yourself too.

I may go on a missionary this year if I can get the money for the gas. Can't be lonely if you're thinking about helping others. Ok well peace out.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
