A puppy should begin socialization at birth, this means to get the dog used to be touched and around adults, pets and children. Obedience training should begin around 7-8 weeks. The earlier you begin to train a puppy the easier it is to do.
The saying, "You can't teach and old dog new tricks" may not be 100% true but it certainly is harder to teach an old dog. This is because just like human beings animals can form behavior habits which are hard to undo. Also remember not to let a puppy do what you don't want it to do as a dog.
Nibbling hands or sleeping in your bed may be cute when the dog weights 10 lbs, but at 75 lbs that's less cute.
The younger the better for the most part is what I have had several of my clients tell me. It also can depend on the breed as well as the agility, intelligence and so on. If you are still wanting some information about this a great site to visit for a blog from people who deal with dogs and puppy all the time is unitedonlinebreeders.com.
As early as possible. I believe my dog trainer requires either 12 or 16 week immunizations. After that, you can attend group training classes. My Snoopy (idiot lab) started training around 16 weeks.
However, you're training your dog, whether you know it or not, from the moment you bring it home. Sometimes, the dog is training you.My collie mix once trained me to pet him all the time (after saying "awww poor puppy" because he was hanging his head and stuck his tail between his legs - so suddenly, he looked pathetic constantly). Avoid training classes that use choke collars, especially the kind with spikes on them.
Clicker training classes are good or anything that uses positive reinforcement as the primary form of training. After training class, your dog still loves you. Dog training is really all about the trainer training you.
Once you know how to train the dog, you can train him or her to do pretty much anything. I put the link for my local dog trainer below in case you happen to live in the area. She might have recommendations for trainers in other areas as well.
She's amazing.

I think that you should train them at a young age. Just like childen, you have to tell them right from wrong when they are young or, they will not know any better. You have to do the same for a pet.
If you tell them when they are older, the training will be much difficult.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
