Turkey should be cooked about 375 degrees and a meat thermometer should read 175 to 180 when done. The rule is about 20 min/lb. It may cook faster without the bones.
Invest in an oven thermometer. They're cheap...about $10-15. With something that small you may want to wrap it in foil and coat with olive oil before cooking.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
