Noble effort but keep Luke 16:31 in mind. Most atheists don't even know that there was actually a Jesus Christ and claim there's no proof. They seem to miss assertions from people on their side such as I am an historian, I am not a believer, but I must confess as a historian that this penniless preacher from Nazareth is irrevocably the very center of history.
Jesus Christ is easily the most dominant figure in all history. --H.G. Wells Or Albert Einstein's comment on Jesus Christ. As a child I received instruction both in the Bible and in the Talmud.
I am a Jew, but I am enthralled by the luminous figure of the Nazarene....No one can read the Gospels without feeling the actual presence of Jesus. His personality pulsates in every word. No myth is filled with such life.
--Albert Einstein As for your assertions about evolution it's better not to site creationists websites. Many are inaccurate when it comes to why evolution is false.
I have never said, "There is no God." Therefore, your attempt to call me a fool is nothing but a baseless insult made out of anger, which actually goes against the Bible's teachings (see Matthew 5:22). Your spite towards me is not righteous since it is based on a misrepresentation of my actual position and the position held by many other atheists, therefore your anger is not justified and does make you guilty according to your own religion.
I've watched Kent Hovind many times. I find it horribly ironic that Hovind's opening to the video you linked is about how his god hates liars. Yet, he is a liar, no only about his taxes, but also about his supposed science.
For example, in linked video, at 8:37, Hovind says that evolution states that the Colorado River dug the Grand Canyon. This is a blatant lie, since evolution is an explanation of biodiversity, not geology. Hovind is purposefully misrepresenting science, which makes him the very same type of liar he condemned in the beginning of the video.
"@Skookum, the word "circle" is translator from the hebrew word "Chuwg" which also means "sphere"." Wrong! There is no ancient Hebrew word for "sphere."
Every single copyist wrote "circle" not "sphere." They justified this position by stating that there was no better word to describe a sphere. However, there is a word for "ball" (dur in ancient Hebrew) which is a shape that would leave no doubt that the author meant a round three-dimensional object instead of a flat two-dimensional surface.
Your apologetic also fails to address how Jesus could stand on a mountaintop with the Devil during one of his temptations and see all the kingdoms of the world, which is impossible on a spherical earth. Your interpretation is exposed as fallacious and incorrect.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
