Atheists: Do you believe that the historical Jesus existed?

It's sooooo obvious, looking at scripture without bias, that Jesus' life was *embellished* so he'd fulfill every prophecy possible. And there's STILL no way he could have been the Messiah!

To the best of my knowledge, the "historical Jesus" is just conjecture. Although it seems reasonable, I don't believe there is any historical record which supports such a person. I have also heard speculation that the Biblical version of Jesus may be a composite of real people and/or fictional characters.

Whether or not Jesus was a real person, there is nothing to substantiate the Biblical version.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
