I think it's a great name and my friends whose name is also Juliana gets a lot of compliments usually relating to her having a beautiful name.

Julianna is pronounce Julie-anna, Juliana is pronounce Julie-awna. Think dinner and diner, it's the way English works and you can't change it. The flow is clunky, Jane Julianna would have a much better sound.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
