Bake Flash swf using dynamic parameters on server-side?

Mxmlc will compile swfs on a server. It is resource intensive, but certainly possible. Probably much easier to dynamically generate the html that wraps and loads the swf and pass in specific dynamic flashvars.

HaXe will also compile on the server, but is much less resource intensive than mxml ... for what you described, swfmill should also suffice ...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
