-RAM; different brand, cheaper. -HDD; exact same specs, just a different brand and cheaper. -PSU; higher power rating and cheaper.

-Added case fans -Added 1080p monitor (speakers built-in) -Added gaming mouse and keyboard The RAM change was mostly to save money and there is very little difference in performance. One last note. Your case comes with one fan so I added three more. You will need them for cooling.

Two should be intake and two should be exhaust. For your particular case I would put 1 intake front, 1 intake side, 1 exhaust rear, 1 exhaust top.
