Best recipe for homemade sour cream / carrot cake icing?

The first recipe it looks good, I will have to try it! Here is one of my favorite recipes: 1/4 cup of room temperature butter 2 cups of powdered sugar 2 tablespoons of sour cream 1 tablespoon of cream 1 teaspoon of vanilla 1. Add the butter and powdered sugar to a mixing bowl.

Stir together until the sugar has dissolved. 2. Add sour cream, cream and vanilla.

Mix together until well blended and smooth. 3. Add more sour cream or cream if the icing is too thick.4.

Frost the carrot cake when it has completely cooled. There is not any cream cheese in this particular recipe. Maybe you could replace the cream for cream cheese.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
