Best way to stop my personal ads on craigslist from being flagged?

If you post once or twice a month that would be okay, but 40-50 is incredibly excessive. Craigslist also does not allow cross posting, even 2 posts of the same type in two categories is a violation.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
