BIG SHOWPIECE: Is there a space available to spray (parts of) the showpiece, and an electric supply for the contestants?

At Salon du Chocolat, there is no room available to spray the pieces. If necessary, the contestants can use their spray gun, but they have to protect the surroundings and the other pieces very carefully. Electricity will be available, but the use of electronic equipment is very limited, due to limited space.

All pieces of the showpiece should be well prepared. Little marble tablets are available for small decorations, if necessary. Tempering machines are available for common use, with dark, milk and white chocolate.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
