Black border around fading in PNG with IE8, but not IE7 or IE6?

Im looking at it on IE8 now and there are no black borders. Im having the same issue. Did changing the pngs from 24 to 8 solve the issue?

To be honest I cant remember which version of the site that link is for. Its probably is the version that was giving me the trouble, but im away from my computer that has IE so I cant check. This issue gave me so many headaches that in the end I used a fixed width design so I didn't need the alpha transparency of PNGs so I could use JEPGs instead.

Thanks anyway. – jdln Apr 15 at 15:21.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
