It would be a huge mess and would generate a lot of gravitational waves. This could now be calculated by a numerical solution of the Einstein Field Equations, but it hasn't been done as far as I know. This probably happens all the time on the Planck scale.
Yes, a star can enter a black hole, although depending on the mass of the black hole it will be tidally disrupted before it reaches the event horizon. Black holes can also merge. This happened a lot in the early Universe and has been extensively modeled because this phenomenon can be detected by gravity wave telescopes.
