I wouldn't say that all women are insecure about their breasts. However, many are. From a early age, girls are taught that "boobs" are something sexual, dirty and should be covered up.
When girls begin developing, it is embarrassing for them. Boys tease and grab them. I've even know girls who wore extremely tight sports bras to hide their breasts.
The breasts go through many changes. Many women get stretch marks there. Some women have acne there and others have problems with random hairs growing in that area.As women age, many experience sagging.
Most all women have one boob that is a bit to a lot bigger than the other one. With all these changes and "problems", with guys viewing boobs as sexual objects (which really they are not), that is all enough to make women insecure about them. Of course, they shouldn't, but some do.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
