If you go to a psychiatrist they will probably try to stick you on meds for whatever they see convenient, probably start off with an anti-depressant, but maybe some anxiety meds or mood stabilizers depending on what's going on. It's also unlikely that you'll be diagnosed with borderline personality disorder on the first appointment as they have to rule out other things like mood disorders and other personality disorders. He will suggest and perhaps help you find a therapist who does DBT.
It's supposed to help tremendously with the symptoms of BPD and be more effective than meds ever will.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
