Box-shadow and border-radius bug in Chrome?

The only workaround I've seen is to put a border on the element with the shadow and make that border wider than the shadow diffusion. So for an inset shadow like this.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
