It's part of it, also part is the NATO supported war in Mali, Burquina Faso, Nigeria, Central African Republic, Chad, Sudan, Ethiopia/Eritrea, and Somalia(yes, almost all of Africa is at war, it's amazing we don't hear more about it on TV). Also a major problem is that the EU refuses to acknowledge the East-Libyan Government, they can actually stop the influx, and have offered to do so, but 'we don't do business with them'. The biggest problem is that EU-countries have stopped processing the people though, which means there's no follow through, so the flow of people just builds, and builds.
And that has a reason, because at the same time the EU is lobbying very hard for National-Governments to sign over more power to Brussels, and Germany, and France already pushed really hard for the UK to have the IN/OUT-Referendum quicker(they want to use the migrant-issue as a tool, to scare the Brits straight). So like many problems in Europe, this one is manipulated, forced onto the people so Brussels gets to leverage more power(that seems to be the ultimate goal, a strong EU-Europe, at the expense of it's citizens(kind of a 3rd Reich 2.0).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
