The Xbox 720 (not its real name) is supposedly due out late next year however Microsoft has not made an official announcement yet. The PS4 is under development but that's the only official statement Sony has made so far. In addition Sony has stated it will NOT be making a big announcement at this year's E3 trade show, meaning that the PS4 probably won't debut until 2014 or even 2015.
In general, it is a wise idea to avoid buying hardware when it's first released. It's expensive, it's buggy, and in the case of game consoles, there won't be many games available. So I'd stick to either a PS3 or 360.
Getting a modded PS3 or 360 is a bad idea. You won't be able to go online and play multiplayer and frankly, that's a huge part of many of the games for both consoles. If online play is important to you, I'd go with the 360 - even though you have to pay for online play.
However the 360's online service is SO much better than the PS3's. It's faster, more reliable, better managed, and has more features. Maybe Sony can catch up with the PS4's online service...
Hmmm...buy a console now, or wait 12-18 months for the next generation... Up to you. However, you do NOT want a modded (Sony or Microslut) console if you EVER want to take the console on-line, since once detected, the hardwired IP address is permanently BANNED. As for the 1:1 trade...depends.
Good Luck!
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
