Your problem is simply one of precedence. The operator has higher precendence that unary- so the line is parsed as if it was.

Buffer2 is getting interpreted as *(Buffer2). What you want is (*Buffer)2.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
