While I can appreciate her confusion with her sexual identity, she is not and will never be a woman. It's more than what's in the jeans, its what's in the genes. And since she's successfully reproduced as a man, her x's and y's make her a man.

No matter what surgery she has. By coming to the realization that her psyche doesn't match her body so late in life, after marrying three times and fathering numerous children, winning competitions and making money like a man, her actual female experience as such is limited. But most of all, she's a Republican.
