Can a christian actually convince a sinning atheist of god's love without introducing the concept of hell?

If their claims that their deity creates everything and everyone for a specific purpose is true, then yes. It premeditatedly creates all murderers, pedophiles, rapists, abortions. Miscarriages, accidents, diseases, malformations, and indeed every disaster.

Where by it sits idly by watching thousands of theists and atheists alike, suffer and die in the most appalling conditions. Nowhere in the bible dose it say anyone is going to be tortured for all eternity in a fiery hell. That was the invention of St. Augustine in 400ad.

Interesting question. I know that God have everyone's future planned out, and everything has a purpose that happens. So that means that God planned 68% of the people to go to hell?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
