Can a guy say its over to his ex gf even though he loves her but never contacts her or responds to her after?

Mine is the other way around..i broke off with ex and he says he really wanted to work out our relationship but I was that firm and he even says he love me VERY MUCH and that he will be there for me always(sweet nothing of course! ) a month later a friend of mine saw his profile in the dating site with all the pictures I took with him,hahaha....and now he is dating with a girl half of his age which he introduce to the whole wide world. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
