Can a jailer lose his job if he dates a felon that is getting help if she not in jail?

If she needs to be in jail or should be turned in yes. Aiding a felon is a crime. More than lose a job the jailer would be looking at serving time too.

If there are active warrants for this felon then the easy answer is Yes! Simply knowing her whereabouts and situation would constitute as harboring a fugitive! Now if she has already served her sentence of course this is a legal relationship.
