Can a new mom feed her baby off each breast without 1st washing up the dried milk from prior feeding?

Yes, I did all the time. Colic does not come from not washing your breasts each time you nurse. After the 3rd child I just pulled my breast out and away the baby feed.

My husband is a neonatologist (a pediatrician who specializes in preemies) and he has traveled all over the world & seen babies living in and being exposed to the most horrible filth.
