Can a non EU women in the UK on student visa who's pregnant by British spouse in the UK have right to spouse visa because she's pregnant?

The immigration law was changed on 10 July 2012. For spouse visa applications made on/after 10 July 2012 ILR can only be applied for after having spent five years in the UK. Your wife needs to apply for Further Leave to Remain (FLR(M)) before her spouse visa expires.

It will be granted for another 2 years and 6 months; after that she can apply for ILR. Https://apply.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/iap...

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
