Yes, you can get a chauffeur's licence at 18, if you live in a state which issues them (not all states require them). You can get any class of licence up to and including a Commercial Drivers Licence (Class A, B, or C), albeit a CDL for anyone under 21 has an "intrastate only" restriction which prohibits the operation of a commercial vehicle outside of the state of issue.
