Can a probation officer tell you?

This is very normal for a PO to do. He can do a home check every day of the week if he wants. Random home visits and searches of your person, car, and house are part of the court orders in the sentence.

He is just making a random compliance check. If you are hiding contraband and are engaging in prohibited activities you should stop. I'd expect another home visit from your PO.

If he finds out that you were home when he came you could be in trouble as that could be considered a violation of your orders. You have to let him enter when he comes for a home visit if you are there. Next time let him in and see that all is well there and he'll move on to the next probationer.

POs are required to do home visits. To make evrything is squared away. Also to see if you are compliant.

Why did you not answer the door? If you are in compliance you should be fine. Expect another home visit.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
