Can anybody suggest me language translation software that can be customized to serve the needs of my organization?

As a native speaker of American English and with perfect mastery of Spanish myself, you can believe me when I tell you that there is no translation software that does a good adequate job like a human with similar bilingual skills. Humans have enough trouble with local lingo adaptation. One country in Latin America uses a particular word in every five sentences for example, while in another country it may be considered vulgar.As to "serve the needs of your organization", that's so open-ended it's impossible to answer directly.

Babelfish and Google have translator programs, maybe they consider them sufficient for their needs (public use) but even there I have seen some results that gave a directly opposite meaning in the target language. Caveat emptor.. --Alan Cassidy.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
