It will cost you more to fix it than what you paid for it.
Step 1 would be to make sure your hard drive is still being recognized. Turn the laptop over, unscrew the hdd cover and reseat the drive. After reseating, if you still have the error then you should try to reinstall your operating system.
It will detect (or not detect your hard drive) giving you further clues. It is possible that the motherboard is malfunctioning.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
