Can anyone split a one titled deeds property into multiple listing in the absence of a due process?

I am not at will to fully answer your question as I am not a lawyer and it may be deemed as legal advice. I would like to suggest you contact the land titles office for your municipality and inquire with them. If you are living in BC, the Yukon or most other parts of Canada, we do not opperate on a deed system.

We opperate under the Torren's system which is not a deed to the property but you have a title to the land and that would be registered at land titles. I hope that you find this useful, sorry I couldn't answer it fully for you.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
