Can anyone tell me what physically causes the "butterflies" in the stomach feeling?

Quoting source: Some believe that this is caused by the release of epinephrine (adrenaline) when one is nervous, pulling blood away from the stomach and sending it to the muscles. This reduced blood flow, in turn, causes the stomach to temporarily shut down, and possibly the reason for reduced appetite during love sickness.

Headaches, neck pain, shoulder pain, mid back pain, low back pain, sciatica (pain down your leg and/or into your buttocks or the front of your leg), spinal degeneration (arthritis), carpal tunnel, thoracic outlet syndrome, migraines, osteoarthritis, hip pain, TMJ pain, difficulty breathing, asthma, stomach conditions such as Irritible bowel syndrom and Crohns Disease, bowel and bladder changes, organ dysfunction, ear infections, colic, acid reflux, constipation, diarrhea, and much more. Are there any functions in your body where nerves are not needed? Does that mean that removing all nerve interference could create a change in any disease you could be experiencing?

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
