The hands are the only area of the body other than the face that cannot be hidden beneath clothing. The skin thins and gets splotchy as aging hands lose fat, exposing veins and tendons. Fat grafting can fill in the layer between the skin and the tendons of the hand.
While not a common procedure, if done properly it can rejuvenate the hands. I would be hesitant to undergo this procedure myself because if infections were to occur, or skin were to be lost, a devastating loss of hand function would result. Besides fat, doctors are starting to inject Restylane and Sculptra into hands.
These injectables are probably safer.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
