Can fully blind people from birth dream while sleeping? if so what do they dream about?

The fact of the matter is everybody dreams, whether they remember it or not. In fact, all mammals dream. The only difference between this person and the next, is being blind.

Those that have been blind since birth, will experience dreams without visuals, but other senses (taste, hearing, touch) are heightened. What they dream about is randomized just like every other person, its impossible to penn exactly what a blind person would dream about just as its impossible to say exactly what I am to dream about tonight or the next. In my own opinion, dreams are based on certain interactions throughout the day and memories from the pastence (Not an expert opinion).

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
