HIV can be passed through blood transfusion if the blood is not properly screened for infectious agents. It is now safe in the United States to get a blood transfusion, this is because All the blood that is collected in the United States is now thoroughly screened for infectious agents, about six in number. They include: HIV-1 and HIV-2, hepatitis B and hepatitis C virus, syphilis and HTLV-1 or Human T-lymphotropic virus Type I (that causes the T-cell leukemia and the T-cell lymphoma in adults).
This screening began at the early months of 1985 (around March or April) and since that date, proper screening of donated blood is usually done before using it in blood transfusion. If a blood comes out positive for HIV, it is discarded properly and no blood will ever be collected from the donor again.
.I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
