Can hook up an mp3 player to my computer and use itunes to load it. It has AAC and mp4/mv4. Will I be able to move the music or movie to another file and then load them onto the video player.

ITunes talks to iPods. But you can just connect the USB cable from the MP3 player to your PC and drag over whatever music files you want. ITunes stores music files usually in the MyMusic folder.

There should be a folder in there that says iTunes.
