Can I create a Google Adsense account without my own website? It asks for url when I sign up?

I applied for my Ad-sense account right after I've created my first hub.

I think it more depends on quality of content and your location then quantity of the hubs you have , but I may be wrong.

You can create your Google Adsense account with your Hubpages URL. You need to give your Hubpages URL mamba79.hubpages.com/ as the content URL.

Before dong that please ensure that you have adequate content in the Hubpages. Write about 10-15 hubs and then apply for Adsense, you have higher chance of approval. If you apply now (I see that you have just one hub) Google might reject your application citing insufficient content as the reason.

So enhance your Hubpages content and then apply for Adsense.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
