Can I develop a self-populating EFS using Excel macros, etc. for submittal to OPS?

You can populate the EFS anyway you like, although the EFS submitted to OPS must not have macros attached, formulas in the quantity cells, or any other deviation from the EFS format as downloaded from OPS website. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
