Can I dye light brown hair blue without bleaching it to achieve a darker color?
1 I recently dyed my hair blue after bleaching it, but don't trust Hot Topic brand dyes- They fade quickly, and the blue will turn into a green no matter what. The brand that I used, you can purchase at Walgreens. It's called Splat, and it comes in blue, purple, and various other colors.
I recommend it highly.
